At Bark & Fitz, we are extremely passionate about dogs and cats. We provide premium food, toys, treats, accessories and grooming services to people who love their pets as much as we do.

 

We are looking for full-time and part-time sales associates who can work well in teams and will be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have

- At least 2 years’ experience in retail (a position at a pet store will be beneficial)

- A desire to learn about a wide range of pet products

- Great communication & customer service skills

- The ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs

Your duties will include:

- Interacting with customers and providing them with product information and making recommendations based on their needs

- Continuing to learn about products and store processes

- Organizing grooming appointments as well as appointment reminders by phone

- Maintaining the cleanliness of the store

- Receiving and putting away shipments

- Working the POS system

- Inventory Cycle Counts
